Our way of working

The P2I-system is the point of departure of our research and development efforts. We focus on this irreducible part of healthcare by:

• Developing new methods and processes that facilitate for the patient and careprovider to improve the treatment, control and management of chronic disease.
• Creating IT-based tools and informational structures that support the careprovider and the patient in their efforts to improve health.
• Offering support for safe and cost-effective organizational changes that improve health by means of modelling and simulation of care processes before they are implemented.
