Chronic Health

The Chronic Health project explores the possibility of using internetbased tools for entering data during the patientencounter, and how this in turn can contribute to an improved health among patients suffering from rheumatoid arthritis.

For example, one possibility is to let patients enter data about their disease before meeting their specialist, and to make these data available to the treating specialist in real-time through quality registries. This improves the specialist’s ability to understand the patient’s disease-status and to decide what therapy is required to improve the patient’s health.
